Description

Ability to communicate Centra's financial policy.

Maintains the required documentation to meet organization, state, and federal guidelines for financial assistance.

Assists patients with third-party application process for zero-interest loans.

Responds to inquiries for assistance in a timely manner.

Maintains current knowledge of and complies with established policies including patient confidentiality/patient rights, government, and third-party payer regulations as they relate to patient financial clearance.

Collaborates with individuals at all levels of the organization where necessary.

Attends all mandatory organizational in-services meetings and education programs as scheduled.

May perform other duties as assigned or requested and job specification can be modified or updated at any time.

Required Education:
High School Diploma / GED


Required Experience:
Minimum of two (2) years' experience in revenue cycle operations or customer service. Must possess superior oral and written communication skills. Demonstrate the ability to work in a team environment and be able to effectively work independently.
