    About the Job:

    Join our team as a Medical Assistant where you will play a crucial role in delivering professional nursing care to patients under the guidance of Registered Nurses, Providers, and the Practice Manager.

    What You'll Do:

    • Participate in patient care both in-person and through telephone and telehealth consultations following professional standards and applicable State laws.
    • Perform tasks such as administering medications, treatments, immunizations, point-of-care testing, and specimen collection under the delegated authority of Providers and Registered Nurses.
    • Obtain and assess patients' medical history and relay relevant information to the Provider(s).
    • Provide patients with guidance, instructions, and care plans as directed by the Provider.
    • Accurately document care activities, procedures, communications, and test results in the medical records.

    Who You Are:

    • High school diploma or GED is required.
    • Completion of a Medical Assistant program or equivalent experience of 3 years in a similar role.
    • Hold current BLS/CPR certification.
    • Preferably, possess at least one year of experience in a medical or healthcare setting.

    Work Shift:

    Monday - Friday: 8am - 5pm
