    eNGINE is hiring a Technology Support Analyst for a major client of ours in the retail space. The ideal candidate will provide first-line support for network issues and password resets, adhering to verification and security policies. This role involves educating users on our client's Self-Service Reset Portal, utilizing knowledge articles for basic technology issues, and managing incidents through ServiceNow.

    Qualifications:

    • Associates degree or equivalent education.
    • 1+ years in customer service, call center, or retail environment.
    • General computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Basic knowledge in PC repair/desktop support.
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and excellent analytical ability
