Massage Envy is seeking an Operations Assistant to join our team and support the efficient functioning of our four locations in the Southwest Valley. As the Operations Assistant, you will play a crucial role in facilities management, ordering and inventory, and collaboration with various team members.     Responsibilities:

    • Facilities Management:
      • Oversee and coordinate maintenance, repairs, and improvements across all locations.
      • Ensure a safe and well-maintained environment for clients and staff.
      • Collaborate with contractors and vendors to manage facility-related projects.
    • Ordering and Inventory:
      • Manage inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed.
      • Work closely with vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement.
      • Keep detailed records of inventory and expenditures.
    • Google Suite Proficiency:
      • Utilize Google Suite tools for efficient communication, documentation, and organization.
      • Create and maintain spreadsheets, documents, and presentations as required.
    • Project Management:
      • Independently drive and complete projects within established timelines.
      • Make logical decisions based on operational needs and company objectives.
    • Collaboration:
      • Work closely with location managers, executives, and cross-functional teams.
      • Foster positive relationships with contractors and vendors to enhance overall operations.
    • Performance-Driven Leadership:
      • Set and achieve performance targets related to operational efficiency.
      • Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and implement best practices.

    Qualifications:

    • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a comparable role involving facilities management and operations.
    • Technical Skills: Proficient in Google Suite and other relevant software applications.
    • Organizational Skills: Highly organized with excellent multitasking abilities.
    • Independence: Capable of working independently and making informed decisions.
    • Adaptability: Comfortable wearing multiple hats and adapting to evolving responsibilities.
    • Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration.
