- Process Optimization: Develop and maintain robust procedures for daily cash receipt allocations across various payment methods, including checks, ACH, wire transfers, and credit cards.
- Payment Method Transition: Lead a strategic initiative to transition customer payments from paper checks to electronic ACH transactions.
- System Integration: Collaborate with our IT and banking partners to refine and implement a cohesive cash application system.
- Master the nuances of cash receipt and payment application workflows.
- Oversee daily cash management tasks, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
- Engage with customers to facilitate their shift from traditional to electronic payment methods, tailoring solutions to their unique needs.
- Employ a proactive approach to integrate banking operations with our ERP system, streamlining the cash application process.
- Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or significant equivalent experience.
- Professional Experience: 3 to 5 years in a finance or accounting analytical role, with a proven track record of managing financial data and systems.
