Job Description:
In this role, your duties will be split - half in the office, and half in the field. You will be tasked with driving in a company vehicle to various public sites to follow up on complaints or issues that were submitted. These issues will typically be landscaping/cosmetic. You will have to verify the validity of the complaint, take pictures, and document accurately. Your office work will consist of documentation, data entry, filing, and written and oral communication.
