Flexblue Staffing is immediately hiring for an expert level Master Scheduler in the Houston area Apply Today


Duties:

• Develop and maintain the master production schedule to ensure efficient production planning and inventory control.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather and analyze data, including sales forecasts, production capacity, and inventory levels.
• Utilize MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems to generate accurate production schedules and ensure timely availability of materials.
• Monitor and adjust production schedules as needed to meet customer demand and optimize resource utilization.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve any supply chain issues.
• Conduct regular analysis of production data to identify trends, forecast demand, and make recommendations for process improvements.
• Collaborate with the demand planning team to align production schedules with customer demand and sales forecasts.
• Provide regular updates on production status, including any potential delays or bottlenecks, to stakeholders across the organization.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Master Scheduler or in a similar role within a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices.
• Proficiency in using MRP systems and other production planning tools.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
• Detailoriented mindset with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problemsolving skills to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
• Knowledge of forecasting techniques and demand planning methodologies.
