    Position Summary: The dedicated professional will handle completion design,operations, surveillance, effectiveness, and first production. The engineerwill coordinate with the development team to ensure they are aligned in meetingour business goals, while bringing new ideas to the group. May serve as aproject leader on assignments requiring a relatively broad knowledge ofengineering. This position will report to Crowheart"'sVice-President of Development and is based in Denver, Colorado.

    Responsibilities:


    • Provide completion engineering andexecution support for completion and first production projects.
    • Compliant with Crowheart EHS policy
    • Responsible for ensuring regulatorycompliance
    • Accountable for cost scoping, budgeting,cost control, invoice approval.
    • Contribute to the frac design,evaluating effectiveness, implementing value-based improvements.
    • Negotiateand facilitate a wide variety of service contracts.
    • Provide expertise on the drilloutprogram and early production life process.
    • Responsible for making decisions, withteam, related to vendor request for pricing, evaluation, and selection.
    • Must be inspired to ensure a safe, effective operation with all internal andexternal staff and able to motivate people to perform to their highest level,be cost conscious and strive to increase operational efficiencies.
    • Aid in evaluating re-complete/behindpipe program to implement horizontal completion and production developmentdesign.
    • Undergo continuing education classesrelating to oil and gas as a means of advancing current knowledge base andkeeping up with industry changes
    • Participation in Industry Organizationsis encouraged
    • On call support, including nights andweekends, may be required

    Qualifications:


    • Bachelor degree or Masters degree in Engineering, e.g., petroleum, civil,mechanical or related field or expected equivalent in experience required.
    • 6-8 years minimum in completions/production experience in a fast-paced,multi-demand operation with the ability to multi-task while ensuring accuracyand quality standards are met.
    • Familiar with rules and regulations of Oiland Gas Commission
    • Proficientunderstanding of completion design and execution in unconventional reservoirs.
    • Excellent planning and judgment skills to enable independent evaluation,selection, interpretation, organization, execution, and coordination ofassignments.
    • Strong ability to work with individuals within and outside of the organizationwith responsibility to act independently regarding matters pertaining to theproject/assignment
    • Competent writer of agreements, reports, summaries, and correspondence
    • Proven trackrecord of results, taking initiative and showing leadership ability.
    • Exemplary interpersonal and written communication, organization, consultative,recordkeeping, analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Strong capability for relationship building, including interaction with land,drilling and production operations staff, State and Federal agencies, mineraland land owners
    • Mustbe willing to participate in a team environment
    • Willingness to be fullyresponsible and accountable for the timely performance of all specified jobduties
