    As part of Laurel Health Care Company, you will collaborate with an experienced team that prioritizes communication and collaboration.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Supervising care/services provided by LPNs, CNAs/STNAs and other team members
    • Providing safe and accurate medication-related interventions
    • Assessing guest health and notifying physicians of changes in status
    • Developing and implementing plans of care based on assessments
    • Selecting and instituting appropriate nursing interventions
    • Contributing to guest assessments (MDS/CAA's)

    To be successful, you should possess:

    • 1-3 years of experience in long-term care, preferred
    • Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state
    • CPR certification or acceptable exemption required
