    Punch Press Operator Job Summary


    We are seeking a skilled Punch Press Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience configuring and operating electrically powered presses, punching holes in metals.



    Job Description:


    • We are looking for an experienced Punch Press Operator who can configure equipment and calibrate gauge settings, recognize condition of punches and dies, ensure tooling is up-to-date, load materials onto equipment, feed material through die; position and remove parts from die.
    • The successful candidate will also change tooling between production runs, maintain safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations.


    Responsibilities:


    This role requires the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Key responsibilities include maintaining equipment by following manufacturer's instructions, troubleshooting malfunctions,


    Maintaining 6s (sort, set, shine standardize sustain safety) standards in all workstations.
