Education:
Bachelor's degree in a related field Roles and Responsibilities: The Site Manager will have a minimum of six (6) years of experience in telecommunications systems and/or information technology systems with a minimum of two years of experience as a manager on a similar project.
The Site Manager will be the JV's on-site representative and will be responsible for the performance of all work identified within the Individual task order PWS.
The Site Manager will be a telecommunications and/or IT systems subject matter expert and technician and perform site management. The Site Manager will be able to make technically rational decisions and determinations and execute administrative policies through subordinates.This position requires an individual with the specific ability to plan, initiate, and execute procedures; to understand, interpret, and apply directives; and to have the ability to analyze and maintain control.
The Alternate Site Manager must have leadership qualities, verbal capability and the ability to relate to people in order to motivate and direct employees and maintain good employer/employee and customer relationships.
