    Job Description

    PrideStaff Carlsbad is looking for a Medical Device Customer Service Representative in Vista, CA

    Project Manager/customer service experience with QuickBooks & Excel is a must.

    Temporary to permanent opportunity

    • Proficiency in computer programs like Microsoft and Google
    • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Minimum of 2+ years' experience in inside sales/customer support
    • Detail-oriented, decisive, and excellent at multitasking in a fast-paced environment with coaching support
    • Tasks include bidding jobs, purchase orders, invoicing, filing, customer service, administrative tasks, vendor and customer relations, take-offs, and inventory
    1. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
    2. Excellent interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers
    3. Proficiency in using customer service software (Quickbooks, SPS is a plus)
    4. Problem-solving skills for efficient customer issue resolution
    5. Flexibility to adapt to varying customer needs and situations
    6. Effective time management for task prioritization
    7. Attention to detail for accurate customer interactions and data entry
    8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    9. Multitasking abilities to handle multiple customer inquiries at once
    10. Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and go the extra mile for customers
    11. Reliable and punctual attendance
    12. Previous customer service experience required (minimum 3 years)
