As a Chief Radiation Therapist, you will supervise the technical operation of the Radiation Oncology Department.

In addition to supervising therapists and trainees, you will oversee the development and monitoring of a robust quality assurance program.

This role will involve managing patient scheduling, problem resolution, staffing, operations, treatment planning and dose calculation.

You will supervise the performance of a wide variety of technical therapeutic procedures as well as personally perform therapy duties.

You will also handle a variety of key administrative duties, including performance improvement initiatives, billing, external beam scheduling, chart rounds and more.

Experience with Varian Aria Oncology Information System and EPIC Electronic Health Records a plus
