- Provide SAP core, related capabilities, and sensitive operational support and products during day-to-day, combat operations, contingencies, crisis action, disaster relief, and exercises required in supporting operations.
- Provide information-related capabilities and sensitive activities into operations orders, annexes, and evaluation/assessment plans.
- Review, analyze, and advise on impact of national level strategies, policies, and joint doctrine.
- Develop IO Planner (SAP Specialist) appendices, annexes, tabs, estimates, etc.
- Research, develop, utilize, analyze, and assess all information-related tools and capabilities
- Provide focused academic outreach, experiments, and scientific application integration.
- Provide development, planning, staffing, coordination, execution, and assessment of sensitive activities.
- Bachelor's degree and 8 years of planning experience or a combined total of a minimum of 12 years between education and relevant service Note: Additional experience will be considered in lieu of education requirements.

- Knowledge of Special Capabilities and SAP operations and how it is integrated into joint operational planning process, military decision-making process, and military campaign plan planning, targeting processes and expertise in developing and accessing tactical and operational level Information Operations plans and orders.
- Have a minimum of 5 years of experience with SAP planning at the service or joint level in support of operations at Combatant Commands or Joint Task Forces - especially in CYBER Operations.
- Have a working knowledge of Information Operations (IO), military deception (MILDEC), operations security (OPSEC), electronic warfare (EW), and cyberspace operations missions, tasks, and overall warfighting functions that support operations, understand how to integrate Joint capabilities, and be capable of synchronizing activities of mutual concern.
- Knowledge of service departments (Army, Navy, Marine Corps, and Air Force) functions and their relationships to CCMD to coordinate MISO/PSYOP actions in appropriate channels, e.g., Army, Navy, Air Force, or Joint.
- Experience with integrating, coordinating, and synchronizing adjacent and supporting operations with interagency and intelligence community entities, as well as developing support for related capabilities and their activities.

- Knowledge of military command relationships and command and control (C2) procedures.
- Able to coordinate SAP actions within the proper channels and develop policies that incorporate the principle of C2.
- Experience coordinating with ACCM Program Managers and Coordinators at the Department of Defense, Joint Staff, Military Departments, Combatant Commands, DOD Field Activities, and interagency partners
- Ability to effectively advise, negotiate and persuade various managers, military officials, and senior leaders and effective at gaining acceptance of recommended concepts, ideas, guidance, policies and regulations.
- Ability to engage senior leaders and staff and conduct complex briefings to large audiences using oral, visual, & written communications and briefing techniques
- Ability to work effectively within a task organized working groups.
- Adept at developing and utilizing information products that leverage current and emerging technologies to inform planning, improve coordination, and enable timely decisions.

About The Role
Peraton and its Operational Planning, Implementation and Assessment Services Team is seeking an experienced IO Planner - (SAP Specialist) to integrate SAP functions and tasks into all facets of USCYBERCOM level planning.
This position is based in Fort Meade, MD as part of USCYBERCOM.What You'll Do:

Target Salary Range:
$112,000 - $179,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
