Position - SAP Project ManagerLocation - Phoenix, AZ,Travel- Yes, weekly for the first 4weeks, and during UAT/Go-live support, periodic travel monthly

Description:
Lead cross functional teams consisting of members from multiple technical disciplines and the wider businessComfortable managing multiple projects and project dependencies across multiple time zonesCoordinate with other functional organizations to resolve resource and schedule conflicts & dependencies Assess, identify, and report risks and develop mitigation plans

Manages and coordinates all project team activities including planning, scheduling, tracking, and reporting all project progress.

Ensure continual monitoring and reporting of project progress to ensure project remains on schedule Facilitation of large-scale meeting and workshops.

Run program status meetings, track status of existing issues and identify any new issues and risks.

Experience managing SAP projects, having completed at least a full lifecycle SAP project implementation as the PM or a functional lead Self-starter, works independentlyStrong verbal and written communications skills, with an ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms.

Strong functional, analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills. Attention to detail. Candidates should have ability to facilitate group discussions related to business process design.
Ability to work well on cross-functional project teams and foster team commitmentAbility to adapt and rapidly apply changing technology to business needsExperience with SDLCExperience with resource planning & project financial management


Qualifications:
University Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experienceProfessional Project Management Certification (preferred)Experience within at least 1 full lifecycle SAP implementationFull lifecycle SAP S/4 Greenfield or Brownfield implementation experience (preferred)Certified in SAP in one or more functional areaSix Sigma / Lean Manufacturing ExperienceExperienced with Data TakeoverExperience with multiple project delivery models including agile and waterfallOT Exempt Role
