Building Envelope/Enclosure Associate II - Charlotte

ECS is offering an exciting opportunity for a Building Enclosure Associate II to join our Southeast Facilities team in Charlotte, NC.
In this role you'll work on projects involving inspections testing assessments and commissioning of building enclosures for existing structures.
You'll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality consulting solutions to a diverse range of facilities and clients.
The job requires responsibility organization reliability time management and self-motivation occasional field and laboratory testing assisting with preparation of reports proposals and projects interacting with senior staff members on various projects scheduling and oversight of facilities technicians mentoring other staff promoting a safe workplace proper use of PPE High School Diploma or GED required B.Arch or M.Arch (NCARB) accredited by National Architectural Accrediting Board (NAAB) or BS in Engineering Building Science or related degree from an ABET accredited college/university preferred In lieu of education four years as ECS Facilities Staff Associate or equivalent combination of experience certification and education required Experience with non-destructive testing preferred
