$60.00/hour (Approximately $110,000 + Annually)

Responsibilities:

• Assist DPS with supervising patient care services, providing quality services to clients and families
• Follow up assessments
• Provide supervision and training to aides
• Evaluate performances
• Provide clinical consultation through teaching, supervision, conferencing, and review of documentation

• Active NYS RN license
• Previous RN experience in homecare
• Leadership and management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem solving and decision making skills
