National Gas Transmission (NGT) has an exciting and important role in net zero and in leading a fair energy transition for the UK.
We will do this by developing the green gas system of tomorrow, while delivering the natural gas needs of today.
The Security function here at National Gas delivers a holistic security service to the whole of the organisation.
We are seeking a CSOC and SOAR Engineering Manager to join the team with the purpose to protect the National Gas system assets and people from Cyber Security threats.
You will create and maintain a highly motivated and effective group of Cyber Security professionals to help protect the assets and people entrusted to us.
ensuring that the latest threat protections in the SOC and SOAR spaces are working to help protect our people and assets.
This is a Hybrid role between Home and our Head Office in Warwick, and the closing date for applications is 6th February 2024.
Cyber Security operational and tactical leadership experience
Practical Security technology capabilities knowledge
Excellent understanding of Cyber security controls and their implementation in National Gas
Security Operations Centre experience, specifically designing the controls to allow the CSOC to operate effectively
