- Data Integrity: Ensure our core revenue systems and data controls are rock-solid for accurate reporting.
- Data Architecture: Partner closely with our Data teams to manage ETL processes, data warehouse mapping, and BI layer certification.
- Funnel Mastery: Refine lead scoring, qualification loops, and pipeline velocity to optimize every conversion.
- Forecasting & Strategy: Lead the revenue forecasting process and model capacity to help us spot and clear growth bottlenecks.
- Performance Analytics: Use your analytical skills to measure the success of sales programs, email sequences, and call quality.
- Strategic Planning: Team up with Finance to define compensation plans, quotas, and territory distributions using key KPIs like LTV/CAC.
- Proven experience in a RevOps, Sales Ops, or Marketing Ops role.
- Expertise in managing CRM and Marketing Automation platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or Marketo).
- Strong proficiency in data visualization and interpretation-bonus points if you love Metabase
- A knack for translating complex data into "Executive Dashboards" that provide clear value.
- A collaborative spirit and the ability to partner effectively across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Data.
- Data & Architecture: You're confident at navigating database architecture and can write/optimize SQL queries for actionable insights.
- HubSpot Power User: You have expert-level experience with HubSpot Enterprise, including custom objects and custom-coded workflows.
- Automation & Scripting: You're proficient in Python for building ETL processes and automations that save everyone time.
- AI-Native Workflow: You're ahead of the curve, using AI tools like Cursor and Claude to accelerate your productivity and technical analysis.
