    Essential Functions:
    Learning and developing people skills with an understanding of business acumen within a manufacturing facility.
    Manage a single assigned "project" that supports continuous improvement efforts.
    Present improvement effort in a presentation format
    Comply with all safety regulations and company policies.


    Project List:

    • Equipment Names & locations identified properly in CMMS.
    • Preventive maintenance logs audited & updated to ensure accuracy.
    • Build a maintenance department library to store all documentation in 1 central location.

    Work Schedule (determined by Supervisor):

    • Typical work week is Monday – Friday 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
    • Infrequent overtime, weekend, or shift rotation.

    Education:

    • Currently enrolled in good academic standing with a college or University
    • GPA of 3.0 or greater within declared major

    Additional Comments:

    • Must be at least 18 years old
    • Reliable transportation to and from working location
    • You will be expected to work all hours requested by your supervisor, and complete all hours required by your university to receive credit (if applicable).
