A manufacturing company in Old Bethpage is hiring an Order Processing Specialist to join their growing team We are seeking someone with experience in both data entry and customer service looking to take their skillset to the next level. In this role, you will be answering customer inquiries over email and phone, handling order processing and entry, updating customers on shipments, assisting with filing and scanning of invoices and documents and collaborating with the warehouse team on inventory and shipments. This role does not require answering a high volume of phone calls, as it is more of an administrative type of position.
