    Reporting Relationships

The DHRO reports directly to SGB's Shareholders, with one Shareholder as primary supervisor. The DHRO has between five and six direct reports, including one administrative assistant; and partners with the Shareholders to manage approximately 20 litigation support staff.

    Location & Schedule

SGB's main office is in downtown Seattle on the 34th floor of the new Rainier Square Building at 401 Union. Most of our employees work a hybrid, flexible schedule, though some admin staff are in the office every day. At least initially, we would expect the DHRO to work in the downtown office four days/week, with one day remote, depending on the firm's needs. We anticipate that the opportunity for remote work and overall flexibility of hours to increase as the DHRO becomes more established at the firm. Occasional work should be expected during evening hours and on weekends, such as for firm events or retreats.
