    Description
    Major Focus

    Responsible for providing extraordinary customer service, parking and delivering customers' vehicles in an extremely professional manner.

    Essential Functions

  • Parks customers' vehicles and retrieves and delivers vehicles upon guests' departures.
  • Handles guests' belongings, luggage, equipment, clothing, and vehicles with care and respect.
  • Provides a seamless arrival and departure for all guests.
  • Transports hotel guests in hotel shuttle safely and efficiently.
  • Assists elderly and disabled patrons of the hotel as needed.
  • Answers all guest questions and provides directions as needed.
  • Maintains up-to-date knowledge about the hotel, its amenities and the local area.
  • Provides exceptional customer service.
  • Works safely, following all established safety rules and regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors and guests.
  • Follow all relevant policies and procedures.
  • Complies with the company's recycling program standards.
  • Drives guest vehicles as part of job responsibilities

    Additional Functions

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

    Requirements/Education

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Must be able to operate all types of passenger vehicles with standard or automatic transmission.
  • Familiarity with handicapped vehicles and equipment is preferred.
  • Must be outgoing, friendly and have a positive attitude.
  • Must possess good communication skills.
  • Must be able to report to work on time as scheduled.
  • Must be able to work weekends, holidays and nights as needed.
  • Must be able to successfully pass a background check.
  • Must present an overall professional appearance and report to work in appropriate attire.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Must be able to speak, read and write English
