- Collaborate with DOR: Work independently yet cooperatively with the Director of Rehab and Operations Manager to develop personalized care and treatment plans for clients in their home environments.
- Comprehensive Client Assessment: Evaluate clients' muscle strength, mobility, gait, range of motion, and pain levels. Select and recommend appropriate treatments and assistive devices and provide clear instruction to family members and caregivers on their proper use.
