    We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Implementation Project Manager to lead the implementation of our TigerConnect solutions for clinical workflow optimization. The Senior Implementation Project Manager is integral to the Customer organization's PMO team providing exceptional administrator and implementation expertise.
    Working in a complex and dynamic environment, this experienced professional will be responsible for TigerConnect software implementation, training, maintenance, and system enhancements to deliver the platform to our customers successfully. You will also be responsible for the successful execution of the project from initiation to closure, including guiding the customer's change management, ensuring that the project is delivered on time and within scope and budget. You will also manage stakeholders, identify and mitigate project risks, and ensure that customer value and ROI are achieved.
    The Senior Implementation Project Manager possesses business acumen and sophisticated analytic thinking, advanced knowledge of TigerConnect's capabilities/integrations, and a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with team members at all levels, including executive leadership.
    What You'll Be Doing:
    Implement the TigerConnect solutions and products by leading the initial software build; this will include:

    • Define project scope, functional requirements, goals, and deliverables and communicate these to project stakeholders
    • Build project templates, and understand workflow needs to design, configure, and successfully deliver the platform.
    • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for implementing various TigerConnect solutions
    • Successfully guide and aid the customer through proper change management and behavioral changes/education in order to drive successful adoption of the TigerConnect products and workflows


    Additionally:

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, solution design, and clinical teams, to ensure alignment and successful delivery of the project
    • Prepare and conduct user training, manage users, and support customer onboarding
    • Generate custom reports regarding project status, budget, metrics, and resource allocation producing critical insights for executive and leadership reporting and decision-making
    • Actively lead conversations regarding use cases and capabilities and solicit user feedback and suggestions throughout the implementation
    • Provide high customer service to executive leadership and key stakeholders by providing metric data related to business objectives while continually improving reporting models to achieve strategic decisions
    • Ensure adherence to project management best practices, including risk management, change management, TigerConnect workflow implementation standards, and quality assurance
    • Identify and mitigate project risks and develop contingency plans as needed
    • Establish and maintain effective communication channels with project stakeholders, including status reporting and escalation of issues
    • Provide leadership and direction to project team members, including managing resources, providing guidance and feedback, and promoting teamwork and collaboration
    • Conduct project post-mortems and identify opportunities for process improvement


    What You Bring:

    • 12+ years of comparable project management experience plus demonstrated success in enterprise project management, preferably in a healthcare or SaaS environment
    • Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools with demonstrated proficiency with project planning, research, and analysis
    • Understanding of systems, development methodologies, systems architecture, systems administration, and tools and processes that support business systems
    • Experiencing establishing and delivering proper change management, education, and training as a part of delivering projects
    • Demonstrated ability to create engaging, cogent, and well-edited presentations and deliver communications to stakeholders, including executive leadership
    • Project management certification (e.g., PMP, CSM, etc.) preferred
    • Exceptional customer relationship skills - proven ability to collaborate and communicate with both technical and non-technical personnel
    • Strong critical thinking skills to evaluate alternatives and present solutions consistent with business objectives
    • Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences
    • Self-starter who is accountable, dependable, and a team player
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining flexibility and performing at a high level when faced with time constraints
    • Passion, integrity, high energy, and a sense of humor will contribute to the success
    • Superior organizational skills - demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at a time while maintaining precise attention to detail
    • Healthcare industry knowledge and experience preferred
    • Ability to travel up to 50%


    How We Pay:

    • We believe in paying fairly and equitably based on a number of factors including but not limited to work experience, interview performance, internal equity, geography, and expected level of responsibilities
    • We are targeting a base salary from $89,500 - $189,500
    • You will also be able to participate in our annual corporate bonus program
