    Job Responsibilities :

    The Sr. Accountant applies principles of accounting to analyze financial information and prepare
    financial reports by performing the following duties.
    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    • Performs month-end, quarter-end, year-end closing for Razer USA. Key duties include:
    • Prepare monthly accruals and true-ups.
    • Account for fixed assets and updating fixed assets register.
    • Prepare sales rebate MDF accruals.
    • Prepare payroll accruals.
    • Prepare intercompany billings and reconciliations.
    • Prepare bank reconciliations.
    • Prepare audit schedules.
    • Perform balance sheet and P&L Fluctuation Analysis.
    • Ensures accuracy of financial statements in accordance with prevailing accounting standards, internal policies, regulatory compliance, and applicable legislations.
    • Ensure the accounts are prepared accurately, reliably, and submitted timely, and appropriately reflect the business operations and accounting policies of the company.
    • Interface with HOD's in various departments including Sales, Marketing/PR, Business Development, Operations, R&D, and Customer Support to understand the business trends and provide relevant information to management.
    • Assists in financial audits including responding to external auditors on their requests for supporting documents.
    • Handles ad-hoc finance related matters as and when required.
    • Participates in efforts to improve the quality and efficiency of the financial closing and reporting process.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum 5 years of general ledger accounting experience
    • Strong technical accounting background.
    • Advanced Excel skills with demonstrated ability to organize and analyze data.
    • Experience in SAP is a plus.
    Education & Experience

    BA/BS degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience.

    Travel is not required.

    Salary Ranges (per annum):
    $79, $132,176.00
