Description
Description: This role supports F-35 operations in Amendola, Italy. As a Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will focus on F-35 Aircraft Maintenance, Joint Technical Data, Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) Documentation, Action Request processing, and On-The-Job Task training/Certifier. You will also act as the F-35 Training SME for newly assigned maintenance crews. This may involve training multiple trainees on ground handling, engine removal, and component replacement for the F-35 aircraft.
Business travel is a regular requirement with potential short notice, including supporting Foreign Partner locations. Flexible schedule availability for nights and weekends is necessary, along with meeting all Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) requirements.
This position is at a facility requiring special access, hence the candidate must be a US Citizen and hold at least an Interim Secret Security Clearance, with the ability to obtain a Final Secret Security Clearance.
