Under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, provides skilled physical therapy to patients/clients with a wide variety of diagnoses and disabilities, taking into account individual patients' special physical or age-related needs.
Requires skills in patient/client treatment, as well as professional consultations to achieve maximum patient/client independence in accordance with individual's functional level and potential.

About the TeamProvidence Home and Community Care (HCC) is a service line within Providence with over 8,000 caregivers and 2,000 volunteers serving nearly 200,000 people a year, in their homes, in clinics and in a variety of congregate living ministries across our seven-state footprint.
