- Consolidate cartons and materials from storage areas accurately and meeting specified performance criteria.
- Combine incoming and outgoing freight from trailers and/or containers.
- Ensure the safe movement of products.
- Interpret, decode, and understand product data to facilitate order processing.
- Execute inventory transfers such as put-away and restocking tasks following RF device/WMS instructions.
- Capable of standing and walking throughout the entire workday.
- Carry out all duties in compliance with Tellworks' safety and Compliance protocols, while adhering to OSHA regulations.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Desirable 2-4 years of previous experience.
- Valid forklift certification.
- Frequently lift, stand, bend, and perform rotational movements.
- Proficient in English language reading and writing.
- Basic proficiency in Mathematics.
- Capable of passing mandated federal/state/local government checks, clearances, and drug and alcohol tests.
- Able to navigate the warehouse to access products, equipment, and assist others.
- Capable of lifting and placing cartons on pallets weighing up to 60 pounds.
- Able to bend using legs at the knee.
- Effective communication skills.

Job Description
Tellworks, a growing 3PL provider, is opening a fresh facility situated at USA Parkway and is searching for enthusiastic individuals to become part of their crew as forklift operators.
The ongoing expansion of Tellworks has generated the necessity for warehouse employees prepared to start strong. Employees will carry out various tasks including accurately labeling and consolidating products, picking and packing cartons/boxes, positioning materials on pallets or designated areas within the warehouse, loading/unloading trucks, and verifying material documents with requested orders. Additional responsibilities might involve labeling, cleaning, maintenance tasks, and special assignments.
