- Providing differentiated customer service by anticipating needs demonstrating compassion care all interactions actively identifying resolving potential service issues
- Focusing on the customer giving warm friendly greeting maintaining eye contact offering help locating additional items when needed
- Accurately perform cashier duties handling cash checks credit card transactions with precision following company policies procedures
- Maintaining sales floor restocking shelves checking vendors updating pricing information completing inventory management tasks directed store manager
