    Our client, a package delivery and supply chain management company, is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant for a 12+ month contract role in Sandy Springs, GA. This role is fully onsite.

    Seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support for two senior leaders within the HR Leadership team. This dynamic role requires exceptional communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the HR leadership team, enabling them to focus on strategic initiatives and driving business success.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Calendar Management: Coordinate and manage complex calendars for multiple Senior HR Leaders, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

    Communication Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, screening and prioritizing emails, phone calls, and correspondence.

    Meeting Coordination: Prepare meeting agendas, documents, and presentations, and ensure all necessary materials are available in advance. Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items as needed.

    Travel Arrangements: Arrange domestic and international travel accommodations, including flights, hotels, transportation, and visas, while optimizing for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

    Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support, including expense management, document preparation, filing, and record-keeping.

    Project Assistance: Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by Senior HR Leaders, including research, data analysis, and presentation development.

    Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior executives, team members, vendors, and candidates.

    Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.

    Minimum of 3 years of experience in an executive support role, preferably supporting senior leaders in a corporate environment.

    Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Microsoft Teams and other relevant software applications.

    Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.

    Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.

    Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative to address them.

    Ability to maintain professionalism and composure under pressure.

    Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work independently with minimal supervision.

    Previous experience in Human Resources or a related field is a plus.

    Pay Rate- $22.90- $40.00/hour
