- Providing daily oversight for staff to include scheduling, payroll and timecards, ensuring a balanced schedule, managing time off requests and ensuring deadlines are achieved.
- Quality reporting, quality monitoring, and budgeting.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; Master's degree preferred
- Experience: Minimum 5 years' progressive experience in similar role within an acute care hospital.
- Licensure: State of IA RN or Compact RN license
- Certifications: BLS required, MOAB and CPI preferred
- Computer Skills: Epic
