    Position OverviewWere looking for a sharp, creative, and collaborative Advertising & Marketing Specialist to join our growing team of marketing innovators.

    Signet LLC is a private investment group that builds and directs a portfolio of growth stage companies in real estate, chemical manufacturing, health and wellness, and finance.

    We attribute much of the success of our growing portfolio to the strength of our internal marketing team.

    To build on this momentum, were searching for an individual with experience developing and executing comprehensive digital paid advertising strategies.

    This position will support the increasing marketing demands of Signets portfolio companies and the growth of external marketing clients. Youll be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing our digital advertising campaigns across various online platforms.

    You will work closely with our team and clients to develop strategies that effectively promote our brands, increase online presence, drive engagement, generate leads, and increase conversion.

    Were seeking an outside-the-box thinker who is highly motivated with great communication skills.

    This is a full-time position (40 hours per week) with a highly competitive benefits package.

    This is a hybrid position consisting of in office time every week and the opportunity for work from home days after training is complete.

    Some travel is expected.


    Duties/Responsibilities:

    Paid Digital Advertising Campaigns:
    Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.

    Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives that resonate with the target audience and adhere to platform guidelines.

    Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.Collaborate with clients to ensure advertising campaigns are aligned with their goals, brand voice, and expectations.

    Manage advertising budgets effectively, ensuring efficient allocation and optimization to achieve the highest possible return on investment.


    Client Support and Collaboration:


    Serve as the primary point of contact for clients in assigned areas of responsibility, fostering strong relationships and clear communication.

    Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure client needs and expectations are met.


    Reporting and Analysis:
    Generate and present to clients regular reports on digital advertising metrics, performance, and campaign outcomes.
    Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve marketing initiatives.


    Required Skills/Abilities:


    Proficiency in setting up and managing paid advertising campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.

    In-depth understanding of ad targeting options, bidding strategies, ad formats, and campaign optimization techniques.
    Ability to create compelling ad copy and visuals that drive clicks, engagement, and conversions.

    Experience with A/B testing methodologies to iterate and improve ad performanceExperience executing campaigns in the B2B spaceAbility to think strategically and to understand and act upon strategic marketing plansStrong project management skills and a desire to see projects through to completionCapacity to handle a wide variety of tasks and assignments in a dynamic, fast-paced work environmentDemonstrate intellectual curiosity and the desire to introduce clients to potential new strategies and solutions that will positively impact their businessEffectively present information in both one-on-one and group situations to clients and other employeesExcellent organization, communication, and presentation skillsCandidate should be pro-active and a team playerExercise good judgment, flexibility, resourcefulness, and strong organizational/time management skillsAbility to be adaptable and flexibleAbility to work independently and as a team with both coworkers and clientsExperience in Canva is requiredA working knowledge of current AI technologies is a plus but not requiredProfessional graphic design skills are strongly desired but not requiredExperience using HubSpot and Google Analytics is a plus but not requiredOther marketing-related responsibilities as required.


    Education and Experience:
