An employer is looking for a QA Testing Lead in the South Florida area. You will primarily be tasked with overseeing testing efforts and related activities tied to the clients rental products/ applications.

You will partner closely with the development and testing teams to coordinate testing efforts, remove bottlenecks, refine test strategy and process improvement.

You will provide reports and status updates to leadership and provide feedback on tester performance/ output for the offshore testing team.

You will refine quality metrics/ systems as well as associated test plans/ scripts. Additional tasks will include optimizing automation efforts, planning/ refinement sessions and enabling the team with necessary tooling and resources.
