- Assist with setup of linen and table setting, food station design, and beverage service.

- Greet guests and maintain a strong presence on the floor.
- Foster an atmosphere where guests' need, and satisfaction take top priority, creating memorable experiences for our guests.
- Ensure staff are consistent with guest service.

- Must be able to stand for long periods of time, continuously walk throughout the building, and lift 10-20lbs.

Goals of the Food and
Beverage Lead:
Support leadership by developing and assuming basic leadership responsibilities.
This role is responsible for leading other associates by coaching, giving direction and training colleagues, so they can thrive at work The F&B Lead must demonstrate fundamental F&B knowledge and ensure that each outlet and banquet event is equipped with the essential supplies.
The lead is also responsible for the overall success of service and is expected to maintain a strong presence on the floor.
This position plays a significant role in the overall performance of the Food and Beverage team which includes product quality and service standards.
