    As a Finance Manager, you will be a key leader in the following:


    • Developing, leading, managing, and motivating staff.
    • Annual Long Range Plan, including lead of central analysis / modelling, communications to key stakeholders, and creation of executive presentations to support segment and functional targets.
    • Monthly close and forecast ownership of tax and interest, requiring strong business partnership skills with senior stakeholders to drive inputs as well as strong analytical skills to identify close variances to forecast.
    • Build out and ongoing ownership of recurring deliverables to support Worldpay non-controlling interest stakeholders.
    • Proactive identification of areas for process improvement.
    • Ad hoc analysis to support new corporate initiatives.
    • Other related duties assigned as needed.

    What you bring:

    • Typically requires a minimum of six to eight years of relevant financial experience including budgeting, forecasting, analysis, and modelling
    • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
    • Requires strong management skills
    • Requires strong organizational, team building, coaching and mentoring skills
    • Requires general business skills, industry knowledge, financial management and planning skills, long-term vision and executive presence
    • Requires extensive knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and their application in a large, diverse organization
    • Ability to identify, address and resolve employee related issues
    • Strong analytical, statistical and problem solving skills
    • Ability to utilize judgment in decision making process and decisions related to job tasks
    • Ability to meet tight deadlines
    • Excellent skills in communicating ideas both verbally and in written form in a clear, concise and professional manner including presentations
    • Ability to design, document and implement process improvements
