- Monitor orders submitted by the project and procurement teams.
- Track equipment and material orders against various cost codes.
- Ensure all correct cost codes, material code and account codes are correct
- Submit requisitions in Ariba and track approvals.
- Track invoices against approved purchase orders.
- Manage invoice approvals.
- Support cash flow planning.
- Resolve tax issues on invoicing and purchase orders.
- Work with vendors and users to ensure correct material selection.
- Track delivery of equipment and respond to requests for information when materials or equipment have been delivered
- Report on weekly performance KPI's
- Attend weekly team meetings
- Be the main point of contact between Finance, Procurement and the Project teams for requisitions.
- Work on multiple ad-hoc project coordinator activities as directed by line manager
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Construction, Finance, Business, Accounting or related field is highly preferred.
- 2+ years' of experience in construction project controls analysis.
- Construction Cost Accounting experience is preferred.
- Experience with Ariba MyBuy, Power BI, CPM, SAP and MS Teams is preferred.
- Highly proficient with Excel.
- Self-motivated independent contributor with strong communication and analytical skills.
- Problem solver, with a tolerance for ambiguity.
