The Cell Lead is responsible for ensuring team members remain on schedule so that production is completed in a timely manner. Additionally, the Cell Lead will monitor and maintain high quality production and practice lean manufacturing principals such as 5S.Responsibilities
- Complete first piece inspection of product to ensure it meets quality standards and continually monitor quality during production.
- Motivate team members to enhance production quantity and maintain high production standards.
