    ISG is seeking a highly motivated Utility Coordinator to join our dynamic and growing team.

    As a key member, you will contribute to a variety of exciting projects within our Transportation and Telecommunications + Energy Business Units, utilizing innovative technology and collaborating with a diverse range of esteemed public and private clients across the nation.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIESInterpret and analyze engineering drawings and utility mapsConduct fieldwork to collect underground and overhead utility dataUtilize GPS products and GIS software, such as Arc Map/ArcGIS Pro and ArcGIS Field Maps, for data collectionFamiliarity with utility design requirements, materials, and plan productionPrepare AutoCAD and GIS utility plansManage permit submittals, coordination, and oversightDesign, submit permits for, coordinate, and oversee joint-use projectsDevelop make-ready designs and estimatesConduct utility pole structure loading using O-Calc Pro, SpidaCalc, and PoleForemanPerform utility pole auditsCoordinate with utility providersUpdate as-built records and GIS dataManage projects and ensure timely completionContribute to OSP and ISP network designContribute to FTTx network layout and project implementationAssist in wireless antenna designQUALIFICATIONSPrevious experience in OSP/ISP projectsKnowledge of copper, fiber, and power distribution systemsStrong connections with local utility providersProficiency in Microsoft Office productsValid driver's licenseWillingness to travel overnight, if requiredSelf-directed and able to work independently with minimal supervisionABOUT ISGWe are 100% owned by our employees ISG's Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) allows for broader ownership, the ability to be directly connected to performance, and our culture of accountability and opportunism is amplified.
