COMPENSATION BREAKDOWN - EARN UP TO $24.00 PER HOUR

• Base pay of $18.50 per hour includes guaranteed hourly pay and $3.00 Network Fee component

• Paid on every hour worked

• Weekly BONUS OPPORTUNITIES up to $250 per week, based on performance and schedules

• $100 Weekly Bonus when you work 36-44.99 hours

• $100 Weekly Bonus when you work 45+ hours (Only one hours-worked bonus applies per week)

• TNPS Performance Bonus - $50 Gift Card when you achieve 4 or more TNPS Promoters ina. single day and Zero TNPS Detractors that same day

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

 To be successful in this Gig as a Service Provider for TurboTax you will need to be proficient in the following:

• This role doesn't require any specific accounting background. We're looking for enthusiastic individuals who are eager to learn and help TurboTax customers with their questions.

• Strong communication is key in assisting customers with TurboTax products and tax return software. You'll need to articulate solutions clearly and empathetically.

• The ability to understand and empathize with our customers needs while driving innovation and providing top-notch service.

¹Starting Pay $18.50 gross per hour. You must work a minimum of 25 hours per week from Monday to Sunday, between 8AM and 12am EST. Fees apply ($2.00 per hour Marketplace Licensing Fee and $1.00 LiveXchange Service Fee)..

²To receive the $405.00 certification bonus, if the following criteria are met: Must complete and pass training certification, and work a min of 8 hours on Oct 15th to qualify for the Certification bonus.

³Build your own schedule from available hours of business, you must have a schedule in GigCX Marketplace to work. All earnings will be calculated from the worked schedule in GigCX Marketplace. Working without a schedule in GigCX Marketplace will not qualify for earnings.
