    Culinary Steward Job Opportunity


    Are you passionate about delivering exceptional guest service and creating a safe and clean work environment? Do you have 3 months of experience in a high-end restaurant, resort or private club setting?

    This is an exciting opportunity for a Culinary Steward to join our team. As a key member of the Food and Beverage department, you will play a crucial role in supporting the kitchen staff by washing, cleaning, organizing and maintaining a clean dish room and kitchen at our multiple facilities.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Clean and sanitize all dishes, glassware, pots, pans and utensils equipment.
    • Practice excellent food safety sanitation practices.
    • Handle small-wares carefully to prevent breakage loss.
    • Properly operate maintain commercial dish-washing sanitizing machines.
