A-Line Staffing is currently looking for Multiple Pharmacy Techs/Prior Authorization representatives to join a major healthcare company in the Louisville, KY area. This is a great opportunity with a client that is eager to move quickly for the right match.
Job Description:
The Representative II will collaborate closely with healthcare providers to handle prior authorizations and drug benefit exception requests following Medicare Part D CMS Regulations. They will need to apply information from various sources to the defined plan criteria outlined in work instructions. Responsibilities include conducting outreach to providers via phone to gather additional details for processing coverage requests, resolving any identified issues, and escalating complex cases to the clinical pharmacists and management team when necessary. Flexibility in scheduling is required, including night, weekend, and holiday rotations.
