The Senior Associate, Programmatic Trading, independently manages mid-size campaigns and begins to mentor junior team members. This role expands technical expertise in programmatic buying, optimizes performance across multiple campaigns, and strengthens client-facing skills while preparing for leadership responsibilities.

Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities:

  • Independently manage mid-size programmatic advertising campaigns with limited oversight. 
  • Optimize campaigns using data analysis, budget allocation, and advanced platform knowledge. 
  • Develop client-facing reports and present performance insights to Managers.
  • Provide quality control across multiple concurrent campaigns.
  • Mentor and train new Associates on systems and processes.
  • Contribute to cross-team task forces as assigned.
  • Complete expense reports accurately and on time.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

    • Minimum Qualifications & Skill Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 1–3 years of experience in programmatic digital advertising or public affairs preferred.
  • Strong understanding of DSPs, ad-serving platforms, and social platforms.
  • Proficiency in Excel and campaign reporting.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

    • DSPolitical is proud to offer the following:

  • Annual base salary range of $55,000 - $58,000 depending upon factors including, but not limited to, experience, skill level, education, and location.

    • Office Hours

    This position is based in Washington, DC however, we are open to remote work in other states. We will be working on a hybrid basis with many team members working entirely from home. Work hours are consistently 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M., Monday - Friday, with the expectation that evening and weekend work will be required as necessary.
