    Interim Plant Controller
    • St.
    Louis MOBrilliant is seeking an Interim Plant Controller for a small plant.

    The ideal candidate/consultant will have strong accounting skills, can quickly adapt to the role, and work closely with the existing team, in addition, this candidate should have communication skills and the ability to build rapport with the team which will be crucial for success in this role.


    Scope of Responsibilities :
    The role involves primarily accounting functions, including monthly close processes, journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting.

    Some support may be required for Accounts Payable (AP) and occasional Accounts Receivable (AR), although there is a shared service organization in place to handle most of these tasks.

    Notably, payroll is not managed at the plant.


    Client Preferences :

    The client prefers the contractor to be on-site for the first month at 100% capacity, then gradually dialing down to 4 days on-site per week, possibly reducing further later.
