    Overview

    Expected pay for this position is $ $55.38/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity.

    POSITION SUMMARY:
    • The Manager of Cardiac Imaging and Programs is responsible for planning, scheduling, and evaluating the operations of the non-invasive cardiovascular departments.
    • This includes but is not limited to, echocardiology, electrocardiology, stress testing, and vascular ultrasound.
    • Additionally, the manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing cardiac programs of excellence that promote patient care and outcomes.
    Qualifications

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    Education:
    • Bachelor's degree in business or healthcare related field
    Experience:
    • 3 years work experience in a clinical/healthcare setting.
    Other skills/knowledge:
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software.
    • Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.
    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    Education:
    • Master's degree in business or healthcare related field
    Experience:
    • 2 years supervisory/management experience
    • Work related experience in a cardiovascular related field
    License/Certifications:
    • Licensure/Certifications in a cardiovascular related field
    Other requirements/information:
    • Analytical abilities necessary in order to assist in preparing and administering budgets, developing quality and productivity measures, developing goals, policies and procedures, and evaluating departmental compliance with institutional, regulatory and professional standards.
    • Knowledge of business and management theory, information systems theory and leadership
