- Collect, document, and assess business/organizational needs and functional requirements, acting as a bridge between technical teams and program stakeholders
- Identify issues, requirements, and areas for enhancement to facilitate successful implementation of new systems within the organization
- Perform any other assigned duties
- Hold a Bachelor's Degree with 7-10 years of relevant experience supporting the Federal Government. Without a Bachelor's degree, an additional 4 years of experience is mandatory
