Responsibilities
- Maintain sanitary condition of dishes utensils glasses pots pans equipment kitchen in accordance with Senior Lifestyle Corporation standards.
- Safely efficiently operate dish washing machine according to procedure manual.
- Stock delivered food non-food items empty clear garbage bins breakdown boxes deep clean kitchen equipment attend all training in-service seminars maintain clean sanitary work environment perform all duties adherence Senior Lifestyle Corporation standards strive maintain safe working environment prevention accidents preservation equipment achievement safe working practices.
