    Experience- 8-10 yrs on ITIL Service management.

    Perform change Management.

    Resources who are able to articulate the issue, Understand the Biz Impact, Initiate the Technical Bridge.

    Identify the right people from the technical team and get them on the bridge to resolve the issue.

    Get the Major Incident manager on the bridge.

    Document the issue.

    Send communications on the issue to stakeholders.

    Document the Technical impact.

    Track issue to closure.
