    We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our devoted staff. You will perform general clerical and administrative functions as well as support our sales staff. ** GROWTH POTENTIAL FOR THOSE SEEKING CAREER **

    Responsibilities:

    • Liaison between Office, Maintenance and Sales Departments
    • Greet and assist visitors or direct to appropriate staff
    • Assist genealogy enthusiasts in researching family history
    • Manage flower program - organize mailing, receive and enter orders, process payments, compile list for placements
    • Maintain inventories and order supplies
    • Organizes work orders for maintenance and records and notifies upon completion
    • Works in field on occasion to oversee cemetery cleanup or pouring of foundations

    Qualifications:

    • Previous 2 years experience in office administration or other related fields
    • Ability to prioritize and multitask
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong attention to detail
    • ​Strong organizational skills

    Skills:

    Experience in MS Word and Excel
