- Create individualized treatment based on client needs and preferences.
- Perform a variety of massage techniques including Deep Tissue, Swedish, Sports Massage, reflexology, prenatal massage, hot stone massage, manual lymphatic drainage, and other modalities as required.
- Provide wellness advice and guidance on posture, and relaxation techniques.
- Collaborate with other spa staff to enhance client care and experience.
- Ensure treatment area is prepared and maintained with high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
- Adhere to all local licensure and egulations.
- Be flexible with schedule, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client availability.
- Degree from an accredited program in Physical Therapy.
- Valid state license as a Physical Therapist.
- Certification in massage therapy preferred.
- Proven experience with massage therapy in a clinical or spa setting.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle a flexible schedule.
